Requirements
- Current and active LPN license in the state of Arizona
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Bilingual is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, providing direct nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate and support patients and their families regarding care plans and medical conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and the broader healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Communicate effectively with the patient’s primary healthcare providers
