About The Position

Puget Sound Home Health is seeking several experienced and caring full-time or part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Home Health division in the Thurston County, Washington area starting in January! Requirements

  • Current WA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or before first day of work
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
  • Current BLS certification from AHA
  • Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes (e.g., wound care, catheter care, medication administration, symptom management, etc.)
  • Provide skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation
  • Provide patient and family/caregiver support and education
  • Practice cohesive and collaborative care with the healthcare providers
