Requirements

Active Washington State LPN license (or in place before first day of work)
Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Valid driver’s license with insured, reliable vehicle

Nice To Haves

Home Health and/or Hospice experience preferred
