Requirements

  • Active Washington State LPN license (or in place before first day of work)
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)
  • Valid driver’s license with insured, reliable vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • Home Health experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patient homes, including: Wound care, Catheter care, Medication administration, Symptom management
  • Perform skilled observation, assessment, and evaluation
  • Educate and support patients and families/caregivers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
