About The Position
Traditions Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing Home Health Team in Edmond, OK! The primary function is to administer skilled nursing care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, for clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency. Since 2008, Traditions Health has been a leader in high-quality home health, hospice, and palliative care. We have grown from a single location to more than 130 locations across 18 states, allowing us to broaden our service area and reach more patients needing compassionate quality health care in the home. Our goal is to help patients have the best quality of life possible surrounded by the people they love.
