About The Position

VNA Care is hiring LPNs for a 32 hour weekday schedule. Home Health experience is not required, we will train you, fully paid orientation! The LPN schedule is 32 hours, Monday - Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekends required. The territory for this position includes Natick, Framingham, and surrounding towns.

Requirements

• Completion of LPN Program required
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts

Nice To Haves

• Experience with wounds, wound vacs, trach and suctioning, catheters, ostomies, phlebotomy, CHF, COPD, and diabetes is helpful

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Document patient care and progress in the EMR system
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
