About The Position
The Home Health Liaison at Ohioans Home Healthcare is a sales-driven and patient-focused role responsible for helping patients transition home successfully. This position involves researching and pursuing new referral sources while maintaining relationships with existing contacts, primarily through outreach to healthcare facilities, physician groups, and clinics to generate homecare referrals. The liaison will also participate in community events to increase leads and manage territory effectively in Cincinnati, OH.
