We are currently seeking a Full-Time Intake Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring seamless coordination and efficient management of patient care referrals. The Intake Coordinator is responsible for capturing and organizing all relevant referral information — from insurance verification to payment processing — ensuring accurate and timely setup of care services. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary visits, optimize the patient experience, and facilitate effective communication among healthcare professionals.
