Requirements

• 1 or more years of Home Health experience required.

• Experience with Homecare Homebase software required.
• IV start experience is highly desirable.
• Oasis experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in travel nursing.
• Additional certifications in specialized nursing fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and family members for patient care.
• Perform IV starts and other necessary medical procedures.
