About The Position
Providence at Home and Hospice is a growing division of Providence Life Services, which provides a continuum of healthcare, focused on senior living. Providence Home Health, Hospice and Palliative is seeking a Home Health/Hospice Business Development Representative, Full Time for the following Northwest Indiana Counties: Lake, LaPorte, Jasper, Porter and Newton county. We are looking for a compassionate and driven Home Health/Hospice Business Development Representative to join our established, experienced hospice team. We provide exceptional patient centered care to patients and families facing serious illness and end of life.
