Facility: BayCare HomeCare Location: Dunedin, FL Status: Full Time Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekend Work: Every 3rd On Call: No Home visits in assigned service area: Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Oldsmar, and surrounding areas The Home Health Field, Physical Therapist Assistant provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities include: Assist Physical Therapists with the administration of interventions utilized in physical therapy and rehabilitation. May progress patients in the treatment plan developed by the physical therapist. Home Health Physical Therapist Requirements: Associate's degree Physical Therapy Physical Therapist Assistant State of Florida License 2 Years Physical Therapist Assistant experience Basic Life Support Driver's License (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire) This position requires Level II screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, managed by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). Requirements

Associate's degree Physical Therapy
Physical Therapist Assistant State of Florida License
2 Years Physical Therapist Assistant experience
Basic Life Support
Driver's License (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
