As a Home Health Director Clinical Services (Registered Nurse/RN), you will supervise patient and family care as specified by the plan of care, assessing appropriateness, continuity, service, and quality of care. You will direct and manage the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) including scheduling, productivity, mentoring and monitoring, and ensure adherence to the rules and regulations of state and federal regulatory agencies.
