About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Health Field Clinical Supervisor/ Field Nurse to join our Davie location. RN Only Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status Develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to the care plan Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately and timely Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in Home Health Proficient in conducting Assessments, including vital signs and physical examinations Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Strong knowledge of acute pain management and pain assessment tools Ability to perform venipuncture and administer medications intravenously if required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Medical Specialty: Home Health Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed By applying to this position you are agreeing to receive text alerts from Apex Healthcare Staffing. Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
