Requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily schedules for home health aides, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information, appointments, and care plans using electronic health record systems.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare staff to confirm appointments and address scheduling changes.
• Assist in handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing of patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address and resolve any scheduling conflicts or concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations and privacy standards regarding patient information.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing support to patients and their families.
