Requirements

  • Experience working with children
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism with clients and families
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) knowledge required
  • Understanding of aseptic techniques and infection-control practices

Nice To Haves

  • experience supporting children with autism
  • CNA certification
  • Prior home care or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Monitor and document changes in clients’ health, including vital signs
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with medication reminders and basic care tasks
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment following health and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the care team to support client-centered care plans
