Requirements
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication skills and professionalism with clients and families
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic Life Support (BLS) knowledge required
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and infection-control practices
Nice To Haves
- experience supporting children with autism
- CNA certification
- Prior home care or healthcare experience
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and document changes in clients’ health, including vital signs
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with medication reminders and basic care tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment following health and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the care team to support client-centered care plans
