About The Position

Home Health Caregiver LaJoy Group is seeking c ompassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Caregivers. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support.

Requirements

• Smart phone/Device (must be able to download app to complete EVV compliance)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform other physical tasks as required
• Strong communication
• This job requires a criminal background check. Convictions and pending felony charges are not an absolute bar to employment and will only be considered if required by law or there is a substantial relationship to the circumstances of the particular job or if bond ability is at issue.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Accurately document care provided through an app in accordance with SOM/Agency policies and procedures
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols
