Requirements

  • Scheduling or coordination experience (healthcare preferred, not required)
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and follow-through
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Comfort with computers and scheduling systems
  • A compassionate, patient-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules for our home health nursing team
  • Communicate clearly with nurses, clients, and families
  • Solve scheduling challenges quickly and calmly
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Support office operations as needed
  • Occasionally assist with weekend on-call coverage
