About The Position
As a Home Health Assistant, you will provide essential non-medical assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and comfort while receiving personalized care.
Requirements
- Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plus
- State certification or license in good standing, if applicable
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, proof of insurance (if required for client transport)
- Compassionate, dependable, professional attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment for clients
