Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the healthcare field, preferably in home health or hospice services.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices related to home care and hospice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources to promote AdvisaCare services.
• Conduct sales presentations and community outreach to increase awareness of home health and hospice services.
• Identify and assess the needs of potential clients and their families to provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective strategies and campaigns to drive service awareness.
• Track and analyze regional sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Attend healthcare industry events and networking functions to promote services and build community relationships.
• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and families regarding services offered and their benefits.
