About The Position

The Manager of Home Health and Hospice oversees day to day operations of the branch which includes staffing, scheduling and Quality Assurance. This position is crucial in ensuring the delivery of patient care services and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree required
• Masters Degree in Nursing, Business, Public Health or related field preferred
• Three (5) years Medicare Certified Home Health and/or Hospice experience required
• Three (3) years experience in progressively more responsible management roles
• Current Washington State Driver's License and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
• Current CPR
• Proof of TB screening
• HIV/AIDS education

Responsibilities

• Upholds policies and procedures of the home health and hospice program and related services
• Ensures regulatory compliance
• Oversees day to day agency operations and delivery of patient care services including intake and scheduling
• Participates in the annual operational and capital budgets ensuring the provision of a fiscally sound and stable environment
