About The Position

Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide exceptional home care services. The role involves assisting clients with personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation, while ensuring a supportive and stable environment. The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver's license and current auto insurance or access to reliable transportation.
• Michigan CNA License or HHA caregiver experience required.
• At least 6 months of recent and relevant experience in homecare or facility staffing.
• Current TB test, physical examination, and clean background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospice experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including dressing and bathing clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Transfer clients using Gait Belt or Hoyer Lift.
• Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
