About The Position

Are you a dedicated and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for longer, stable shifts? We are actively hiring compassionate and dependable HHAs to support clients who need extended care in the comfort of their homes. Requirements

• Valid HHA certification (Massachusetts or applicable state)
• Previous home care or facility experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with long shifts and in-home settings
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Must pass background screening

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Prepare and serve meals; assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide companionship and monitor safety
• Help with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in condition
