About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Service, a family-owned business with 22 years of experience and 14 locations across MA & NH, is seeking compassionate, reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Caregivers. The role involves making a difference by providing care to clients in Worcester and surrounding towns. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available, offering flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred (We provide training!!)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs
• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Support clients with mobility and medication reminders
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
