About The Position

As a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA), you will provide one-to-one patient care with a focus on the whole person, nurturing mind, body, and spirit. Your accredited HHA certificate will serve as a foundation for advanced skill-building, paid continuing education units (CEUs), and nurse-mentored career tracks. You will have the flexibility to choose your shifts, whether days, evenings, or overnights, ensuring that your work schedule meshes with your life. Requirements

• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate).
• Minimum 1 year of paid home-health or hospice experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On ADL Support – Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility while protecting dignity.
• Home Environment & Infection Control – Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.
• Medication & Symptom Monitoring – Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.
• Therapeutic Engagement – Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.
• Accurate Documentation – Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.
