About The Position
The Home Health Aide is responsible for delivering direct and indirect patient care in accordance with regulations, agency policies, procedures, protocols, and other professional standards of care. This role involves assisting patients with activities of daily living, maintaining collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, and communicating pertinent information regarding patient status. The aide will also participate in performance improvement activities, demonstrate leadership, and act as a patient advocate. The position requires adherence to safety protocols, infection control processes, and compliance with regulatory agencies. The aide will also engage in educational activities to enhance patient care and maintain a minimum of 12 hours of educational credits annually.
