About The Position
Interim HealthCare is looking for extremely motivated CNA/HHA to provide personal care as assigned by RN Case Manager to our clients in the home setting. The role involves excellent communication and assisting clients with bathing, oral hygiene, grooming, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Additionally, the position requires assisting clients with other activities such as shopping, homemaking, preparing and serving meals, and client socialization. The CNA/HHA will also assist with ambulation, transfer, and/or range of motion exercises, utilize good infection control measures, and recognize, document, and report changes in the client environment to the supervisor.
