Requirements

• Minimum of one year Home Health Aide experience
• Valid New York State HHA certification
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Current physical within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON (within the past year or chest X ray within the past five years)
• MMR immunization within the past ten years
• Driver’s license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one care in a home setting
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• Offer medication reminders as directed
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support
