About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is currently hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for immediate openings in New Rochelle and across Southern Westchester County. This role offers consistent work near home, flexible scheduling options, and a supportive team. Our HHAs provide one-on-one care in private homes, offering a more personalized and lower-stress alternative to facility-based positions.

Requirements

• Active New York State HHA Certification
• Minimum of 1 year professional HHA experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years

Nice To Haves

• Driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide personal care and hygiene support
• Offer medication reminders as directed
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
