Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for immediate per diem opportunities in Mount Vernon and surrounding Southern Westchester communities . This is an ideal role for caregivers looking for flexible scheduling, competitive hourly pay, and the opportunity to provide personalized, one-on-one care in a home setting. Requirements
- Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of professional HHA experience
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
- MMR immunization within the past 10 years

- Valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care and hygiene support
- Offer medication reminders as directed
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
