Requirements

Driver's license
Your own car with insurance that covers work driving
Pass background checks
Work at least 20 hours/week
Available between 6AM-8PM (most work is 8AM-5PM)
Legal right to work in the US
Must be at least 18 years old
Pass a competency test (written questions and skills demonstration with 80% on both), unless holding an STNA license or having previously passed an HHA test with 80% or higher.
For HHA Certificate Path: Possess an HHA certificate (30+ hours, signed by RN unless completed online).
For Experience Path: Have 1+ year of experience at one company where the supervisor was an RN or LPN (verification required).
For Free Training Path: Complete a free 32-hour online HHA training course within 6 days.

Responsibilities

Go to people's homes and help with daily life, mostly older adults.
Assist with baths, getting dressed, meals, light cleaning, errands, and companionship.
Help people move around and be on your feet most of the day.
Follow company policies.
Accept clients that match the limits provided by the aide.
Report incidents within 24 hours.
Clock in and out using an app or phone.
Follow call-off procedures if unable to make a shift.
Answer office calls and texts quickly.
Send updated documents (insurance, license, training) when requested.
Complete feedback forms when sent.

Benefits

Starting pay: $18/hour for STNA, $16-18/hour for HHA certificate or experience (based on interview), $16/hour for free training path.
Higher pay for referring private pay clients: $19/hour for HHA, $20/hour for STNA.
