About The Position
ESSENTIAL DUTIES Adheres to the policies, operating procedures, the Mission and Core Values of Omega Senior Living. Responsible for completing the daily shift report and communicating directly to the next shift any urgent needs. Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisors. Demonstrates ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift. Assists with resident care to include housekeeping, laundry, social needs, and demonstrates proper lifting techniques. Assists with serving meals and essential clean-up. Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner. Demonstrates skills in meeting the physical and emotional needs of the resident. Report all changes in the resident's condition to the Home Health Director. Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift that they occur. Agree not to disclose resident's protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator. Assist the Home Health Director with implementing any required plans of corrections following surveys or audits. Will keep certification current and participate in continuing education to include staff meetings,in services and web based trainings. EDUCATION Qualifications EDUCATION Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent. Current certification as CNA or Medication Aide EXPERIENCE
