Requirements
- Certified or non-certified HHAs welcome
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
- Availability for flexible scheduling (including weekends or every other weekend)
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
- Observe and report changes in condition
- Take vital signs when ordered
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Help maintain a clean, safe home environment
