About The Position
Looking for a caregiving job that fits your life? Staffing Care Pro is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to support clients in their homes across the Indianapolis area. We offer flexible schedules, consistent hours, and a team that supports you-not a call center. Shifts Available Days, evenings, and overnights Full-time, part-time, and PRN Weekday and weekend options š We'll work with you to match you to shifts near your home.
Requirements
- HHA certification or caregiving experience
- Reliable transportation
- Compassionate, dependable caregivers
Nice To Haves
- CPR preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Mobility support and transfers
- Medication reminders and wellness checks
- Meal prep and light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
- Reporting changes to the care team
