As part of our dedicated team, you’ll provide hands-on personal care to patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Requirements

Valid certification through the state (required).
At least 1 year of certified nursing experience.
Minimum of 18 years old.
Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care accurately.
Current CPR certification is required.
Demonstrates tact, patience, and a commitment to excellent hygiene and professional care.

Responsibilities

Assisting with personal hygiene needs like bathing, oral care, and grooming.
Supporting daily activities such as dressing, toileting, and ambulation.
Maintaining a clean and orderly living environment for patients.
Preparing and serving nutritious meals, assisting with feeding if needed.
Following personalized care plans in collaboration with nurses and interdisciplinary teams.
Observing and reporting significant changes in the patient’s condition to the assigned nurse.
Documenting care in line with organizational standards and maintaining professional conduct.
Participating in orientation, staff meetings, and training programs (e.g., QAPI, Emergency Preparedness).
