About The Position

We’re looking for caring, dependable Non-Medical Caregivers to support seniors in their homes. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in helping clients maintain their independence, safety, and overall well-being while receiving the personalized care they deserve.

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius to client homes
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, though not required

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Plan and prepare balanced meals, offering feeding assistance when necessary
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishwashing, and general tidying to ensure a safe environment
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
• Promote engagement in daily routines and meaningful activities
• Monitor and communicate any noticeable changes in a client’s condition
