Your Role: Home Health Aide / CNA As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide one-on-one, compassionate care to patients in their homes. You'll follow physician-directed care plans and help patients maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life. Requirements
- Certified CNA and HHA in the state of Iowa
- Completion of a federally compliant training program and competency evaluation
- At least 1 year of experience as an aide in a healthcare or home care setting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional relationships with patients and families
