About The Position
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential daily care and support to patients in their homes. This includes assisting with personal care, companionship, and helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Requirements
- Active HHA Certificate or CNA License
- CPR Certification
- Level II Background Check (AHCA compliant)
- Negative TB test (within past 6 months)
- Physical exam (within the last year stating free from communicable disease)
- Own vehicle (not just reliable transportation)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Auto Insurance
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Follow care plans and agency protocols
