Requirements
- 6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide
- Active NJ HHA certificate
- Valid Driver’s License & access to a reliable car (Preferred)
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within the past 5 years
- Proof of MMR immunizations
