About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides for per diem assignments in White Plains and nearby Westchester communities. We provide immediate local case placement, dependable support, and a smooth onboarding process so you can start working quickly and confidently.

You will provide one on one, in home care to clients, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Your work will make a meaningful difference every day through:

Requirements

• Valid NYS HHA Certificate
• At least one year of HHA experience
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within one year or chest X ray within five years
• MMR immunization within the past ten years

Nice To Haves

• Driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Personal care and daily hygiene assistance
