Requirements

• Minimum 1 year HHA experience
• Valid NYS HHA certification
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Current physical (within 1 year)
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization (within 10 years)

Nice To Haves

• Driver’s license preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care and daily activities
