Duties may include:
Requirements
- Active HHA or PCA certification
- Physical exam and drug screening, including COVID Vaccination
- Two professional references
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Availability to work in Nassau County
- Above all: patience, compassion, and a big heart!
Responsibilities
- Helping with dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Supporting safe movement around the home
- Preparing meals and encouraging healthy routines
- Light housekeeping
- Accompanying clients to appointments and errands
- Engaging clients in activities they enjoy, from sharing stories to playing games
