Concordia Home Health and Hospice of Bethlen is seeking a Home Health Aide HHA to care for our patients in Greensburg, Latrobe, Ligonier, and surrounding areas. Requirements

Do you have a genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact on their lives?
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients and families.
Empathy, compassion, and a patient demeanor.
Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to handle unexpected situations with composure.
Basic medical knowledge, including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and infection control.
Physical stamina to assist with mobility and transfers.
Relevant certifications, such as CPR, First Aid, or HHA/CNA certification (or a willingness to obtain them).
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A clean driving record and reliable transportation (for roles requiring travel).

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in activities to promote well-being.
Assist with mobility and transfers, including the safe use of assistive devices like wheelchairs and walkers.
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.
