Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem

$21/hour | Day Shifts (6–12 Hours)

Requirements

• Valid New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of professional HHA experience
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care and hygiene support
• Offer medication reminders as directed
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment
