Requirements

  • Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification
  • Full physical report and drug screening, including COVID Vaccination
  • Two professional references/employment verifications
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to work in Brooklyn, NY and the surrounding areas
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion

Responsibilities

  • Assist with activities of daily living, as well as thoughtful or creative activities to engage your unique client.
  • Get to know your client’s likes, dislikes, stories, and personality!
  • Dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Ambulation around the house
  • Encouraging exercise and fluids
  • Light housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Running errands
  • Transportation to appointments
