Step into a structured full-time role with consistent hours, on-call pay, and room to grow. We’re hiring a dependable, professional caregiver for up to 40 hours per week between 7am–7pm, Monday through Friday. This role includes working with multiple clients and supporting caregiver training in the field. Schedule may shift based on client needs. Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $18/hour On-Call : Required one week per month (7 days). $100 additional pay per on-call week. First on-call begins after your third full week. PTO: Accrues from day one. Available after 90-day probation. Continuing Education: Up to $300/year for pre-approved courses or conferences. 401(k): Eligible after 1 year. Paid Orientation Paid Training Sign-On Bonus (Eligibility Required) $50 after 80 hours worked $300 after successful completion of 90-day probation Must remain actively employed, in good standing, and in the full-time flex role at time of payout. Requirements

  • Driver’s license, insurance, reliable vehicle
  • Availability Monday–Friday between 7am–7pm
  • Willingness to be on-call one week per month
  • Negative TB test
  • CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
  • 3 professional references

Responsibilities

  • Personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
  • Meal prep and light housekeeping
  • Transportation and errands
  • Companionship and incontinence care
  • Travel between clients
  • Support training and step in for emergent coverage
