About The Position
Affirmed Home Care, a leading concierge home care agency in New York, is seeking compassionate and experienced Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care for clients in Rye, NY and nearby Westchester communities. This per diem opportunity offers flexible scheduling, quick placement, and immediate local cases—ideal for HHAs who want meaningful work without long commutes. As a Certified Home Health Aide with Affirmed Home Care, you will deliver one-on-one, client-centered care that promotes safety, independence, and overall well-being in the comfort of clients’ homes. Requirements
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate
- Minimum of 1 year HHA experience
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
- MMR immunization within the past 10 years
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and daily hygiene
- Provide medication reminders
- Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Promote client dignity, safety, and independence
