About The Position
Affirmed Home Care—one of New York’s premier concierge home care agencies—is actively seeking experienced, compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Montrose, NY to support clients in their homes. Position Details This per diem role offers immediate case availability in and around Montrose, allowing you to work close to home while making a meaningful difference in your community.
Requirements
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate
- At least 1 year of HHA experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunization within the past 10 years

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
