Requirements
- Valid New York State CHHA license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination per NY State guidelines
- Home care experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and one-on-one support
- Assist with medication reminders
