Requirements
- Minimum 1 year HHA experience
- Valid NYS Home Health Aide Certificate
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON test (or chest x-ray within 5 years)
- MMR immunization (within last 10 years)
