Requirements

Active Ohio Home Health Aide Certification
Tuberculosis (TB) screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government issued ID)
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Personal Care: Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, and medication reminders.
Mobility Support: Assist with walking, transfers, repositioning, and toileting needs.
Meals & Housekeeping: Prepare meals, do light cleaning, laundry, and change linens.
Transportation: Take clients to appointments or run errands when needed.
Safety & Records: Keep the home safe, report changes, and document care provided.
Companionship: Offer support, conversation, and respect for client privacy.
